■ I have the right to turn down a commission if your request makes me feel uncomfortable or if I feel as if I won't be able to finish it.■ Do not rush me. If you need the artwork before a specific time or date, then I am not the person for you.■ I will decline a commission consisting of only words. Please make sure you provide me with AT LEAST one visual reference.■ All of my arts are experimental. I do not replicate other artists' artstyles.

■ By commissioning me, you have acknowledged and agreed to the terms of service below.

ARTIST/CLIENT RIGHTS

■ My artwork is for personal use only unless it is agreed upon by me, the artist, and the commissioner.■ As the artist, I :→ retain the rights to my artwork and can use it however I please.→ have the right to upload the final product on my social media page or portfolio.→ may use it as an example for future commissions.■ As the client, you may :→ repost with credit.→ use the artwork to produce paper-based works, pins, apparel, and those unlisted for [non-commercial] PERSONAL USE ONLY.→ crop or edit for personal layout purposes, icons, banners, etc, with credit.■ As the client, you may not :→ use my work to train AI→ use it as goods to sell or profit commercially. That includes cryptocurrencies, NFTs, etc.→ trace or claim the art as your own.■ Make sure you credit me properly if you are going to use my arts. Whether you link my account or tag me, I'd greatly appreciate it.■ If you request to remain anonymous or wish for me not to post it, I'd be more than happy to oblige.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

■ Payment must be done upfront via PayPal, Cashapp, or Ko-fi.■ Refunds are acceptable if I am unable to work on it any longer. Do not order if you're having financial problems.

PROGRESS

■ I will provide you with frequent updates and WIPs. You are more than welcome to ask for a wip any time.
↑ This will not apply to skeb-like/surprise me commissions. It is a surprise, after all. :-P■ Minor revisions are allowed during the sketching and coloring phase two times maximum.
↑ For skeb-like/surprise me commissions, minor revisions and changes will be made if there are mistakes.■ The size of the canvas may vary with each piece. If you want to request a specific size, be sure to let me know! It should be no larger than 2000px. My device (phone) doesn't handle such sizes easily.
